Our Global Product Strategy (GPS) team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by driving the strategic direction of our innovative product portfolio. As a member of the GPS team, you will be at the forefront of transforming groundbreaking scientific discoveries into accessible and impactful healthcare solutions for patients worldwide. As a member of the Business Enablement Team (BET), the Program Manager Lead role offers a unique opportunity to be a ‘hands-on leader’, both guiding and participating in a team that enables operations and drives alignment across Commercialisation Leadership Teams (CLT’s) contributing to the delivery of their strategic disease area outcomes. By supporting the creation and execution of the new commercialisation model, you’ll actively lead and play a role in a team that will shape high-performing teams, fueling their success and transforming the way we achieve results. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader eager to make a tangible difference in achieving business success through innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for leading a team of six Program Managers, driving performance and development, while fostering seamless collaboration to achieve outstanding results.

Engage closely with the Commercialisation Strategy Lead (CSL) in Basel to enhance collaboration and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Design and implement CLT rituals and ceremonies to enhance team effectiveness and streamline operations.

Evaluate and optimise CLT performance to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.

Map, visualise and track disease area outcomes, work packages, decisions and KPIs to foster transparency and alignment.

Collaborate with DA Mid-Term Outcome (MTO) Stewards to organise workflow and monitor progress effectively.

Partner with the DA Commercialisation Excellence Lead (CEL) to establish and operationalise exchange forums with affiliates for enhanced collaboration.

Architect a centralised DA knowledge management system, including alignment across DA’s, to ensure accessibility of resources for all markets.

Facilitate the sharing of best practices across CLTs to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
