We are looking for an experienced and versatile Technician for long-term cooperation. If you have skills in performing minor repairs and renovation works, this offer is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Performing technical repairs (electrical, carpentry)
• Ongoing maintenance work in the facilities (control of equipment, garden, etc.)
• Quick troubleshooting and fault removal
• Conducting regular inspections of building systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.)
• Maintaining buildings in good technical condition
• Documenting completed work and reporting to supervisors
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure continuity of work
• Maintaining good contact with clients and addressing their technical concerns
• Being available 24/7 on rotation, with availability on the phone included
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols

Requirements:

• Experience in technical and maintenance work
• Knowledge of various repair fields (electrical, plumbing, assembly, painting, etc.)
• Independence, responsibility, and diligence
• Ability to manage time and priorities
• Attention to order and organization of the workplace (stock organization, spare parts, etc.)
• Availability and readiness for permanent work
• Taking over emergency duties after working hours
• Residence in Zurich and surrounding areas
• Category B driving license
• Fluent in German and basic English (or vice versa)
