Your key responsibilities
- Representing and leading Capgemini's Wealth Management BAs in the role of Functional Lead, and delivering according to our clients' expectations
- Ensuring clear and concise reporting to upper management, especially regarding opportunities and potential issues or bottlenecks
- Advising and actively engaging in multi-parties governance, within an ecosystem of subsidiaries, suppliers, and partners on both Business and IT scope
- Promoting cost and risk optimization for our clients by minimizing deviations and committing to the out-of-box / adopt approach
- Guiding BA team members on their scope of work to deliver coherent and optimized solutions to their clients
What we expect from you
- At least 8 years of experience on Triple'A/WealthSuite with a good understanding of the Wealth Management Industry
- 10 years+ experience as Project Lead on large Temenos Wealth migration programs (based on Triple'A and/or Transact)
- Knowledge of Private Banking Business Processes (Portfolio Management theory, Valuation, Performance, Operation list, future cash-flows, Front-to-back trading, pre-trade compliance check, allocate order, check strategy/rebalancing)
- Knowledge of TAP customization, incl. Formats, screens, script definitions, default values, input controls
- Strong consulting experience in one of the major companies
- Ability to frame complex concepts into easy-to-understand information for stakeholders
- Ability to manage a team of business analysts to lead their deliverables, ensure quality and respect of deadlines
- Ability to ensure functional coherence of designed solutions across the business domains
- Ability to challenge business requirements against the Temenos platform to have a design in line with the "Adopt" principle
- Detail-oriented approach to draft process maps, and procedures, as well as the ability to digest a subsequent level of work
- C-Level communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
