• You develop and drive a comprehensive media agency sales strategy for HolidayCheck
• You shape the HolidayCheck media sales value proposition for agencies, incl. agency conditions and trading deals
• You drive revenue growth to achieve ambitious targets by winning new agencies and accounts
• You work closely with our product, sales and ad operations teams to ensure strong product performance
• You gather feedback from agency partners to inform product development and enhancements
• You lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our new agency sales team

What you need to succeed

• You have a degree in business administration, marketing or a related field or have comparable qualifications; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage
• You have at least 8-10 years' experience in digital sales, with a strong focus on agency relationships and digital advertising
• You have in-depth knowledge of digital media, programmatic advertising and ad tech solutions
• You have a proven track record of increasing revenue through sales
• You have experience in building and leading a sales team, including recruiting and developing talent
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have strong analytical skills and know how to use data to optimizse sales strategies
• You are an active contributor and enjoy working as a team player with the entire organization to ensure customer success
