Your Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to local laws and corporate standards
• Maintain and enhance quality systems within the local quality team
• Oversee processes related to marketed products, such as batch release and complaint management
• Serve as a business partner for various departments, linking manufacturing and market operations
• Follow GxP and corporate guidelines in daily activities
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area of expertise
• Take ownership of assigned processes, ensuring proper operation, monitoring, and continuous development in line with corporate and local regulations
• Manage and investigate deviations, including Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
• Keep the quality management system updated within your scope of responsibility
• Perform administrative and supportive tasks as needed
• Support preparedness for all GxP regulatory inspections, audits, and self-inspections according to schedule
• Meet Key Quality Indicators (KQI) in your area; assess, report, and monitor KQIs proactively, ensuring gaps are addressed appropriately
• Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility

Your Profile:

• Minimum apprenticeship in Natural Science (e.g., laboratory technician, aide in Pharmacy) or equivalent education/scientific background with GxP experience
• Fluency in both German and English
• Minimum of between 3-5 years of professional experience operating within the pharmaceutical industry, including analytics, quality assurance, production, distribution, or pharmacy
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills · Proficiency in project management, with a focus on simplification, strategic thinking, and change implementation
