We are looking for a Lead System Administrator to manage a team of technicians for a client in Zurich's medical sector. The role requires a professional level of German and expertise in M365, Windows, virtualization, and networking (Cisco).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 system administrator technicians.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of Windows systems and virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services.
• Configure and manage network equipment.
• Provide high-level technical support and guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize infrastructure and processes.
• Document technical procedures and configuration

Requirements

• Leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in German at a professional level.
• Expertise in Windows system administration, M365, and virtualization.
• Skills in configuring and managing Cisco networks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Profile:

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with leadership responsibilities.
• Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco certifications are a plus
