Lenovo's Services & Solutions Group is expanding and we are looking for an Advanced Premier Advanced Technical Support colleague to join the team!u are joining an international team and will be reporting to our Infrastructure Premier Operations Director.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Provide technical support to Lenovo customers and partners for a wide range of block storage products and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Provide technical guidance and advice to customers and partners.
• Develop and deliver technical training.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24x7 support to customers and partners.
• Work closely with other support teams, such as product engineering and customer support management, to resolve complex technical issues.

You bring:

• 3+ years of experience in technical support for NetApp ESeries (Lenovo DE) products and solutions; demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• The ability to define the following concepts and to troubleshoot them:
• Protocols and connectivity: FC, iSCSI, SAS, IB, NVMe Over FC
• DAS (Direct Attached Storage), Storage Area Network (SAN), and Network Access Storage (NAS) systems
• Volume Groups, Disk pools, Raid Types
• Tiering, Thin Provisioning, Deduplication, Compression, Storage Encryption.
• Experience with Data Protection recovery - Snapshots, Mirroring (Synchronous and Asynchronous)
• Storage OS experience
• Linux (RHEL, SuSE)
• VMware
• Windows Server OS
• Set up and install multipath drivers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with NetApp SANTRICITY Software
