The Opportunity

At Roche Diagnostics, we are seeking an International Product Manager for our Coagulation Portfolio, part of the ICCU Life Cycle Team (Immunoassay, Clinical Chemistry, Coagulation, Urinalysis) within the Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) Customer Area Near Patient Care (NPC). This is a unique opportunity to shape a mature product's trajectory across diverse global markets, making a real difference in healthcare worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Global Market Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve the potential of our Coagulation product line (Coaguchek, both professional and Patient self-testing) in diverse markets, ranging from established markets to high-growth emerging ones.
- Opportunity Identification: Use data-driven insights to uncover new market opportunities across mature and emerging markets, improving affiliate feedback, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Lead International Marketing Efforts: Shape and deliver international marketing strategies tailored to diverse global contexts, including impactful post-marketing activities, communication strategies, and targeted training programs.
- Support Affiliates Across the Globe: Provide affiliates in both mature and emerging markets with the commercial tools, presentations, and materials they need to drive local success.
- Voice of the Customer: Advocate for customer needs and insights from across the world, ensuring our product continues to resonate and deliver in varying market conditions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with regional and country teams, regulatory bodies, and medical partners to ensure alignment on product positioning, market access, and promotional strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor global sales performance, identifying trends in both mature and emerging regions to adapt strategies for maximum market impact.
- Budget Management: Handle global marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI in diverse regions.
- Training & Global Support: Offer tailored training and tools to affiliates across a range of markets, ensuring they have what they need to succeed in their unique environments.
Who you are
We are looking for a professional with extensive Industry Experience, more than 5 years in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical sector, with proven experience managing mature products on a global scale. You will bring:
- Strategic & Adaptive Thinking: Ability to navigate the challenges of both mature and emerging markets, with a focus on improving results and profitability.
- Global Marketing Acumen: Expertise in international marketing and product management, with a track record of success in diverse global environments.
- Leadership Excellence: Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing and guiding cross-functional, global teams in a complex matrix organization.
- Customer-Driven Mindset: A passion for understanding customer needs in varied contexts and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Analytical Expertise: Experience in analyzing market trends and data to drive strategic decision-making, with a focus on budget management and profitability.
