On has the ambition to become the leading Running brand.As Footwear Franchise Lead for the Running category, you will directly contribute to the definition and realization of that ambition. You will own the business strategy of a portfolio of Product Franchises with the goal to reach business objectives and/or to elevate the credibility of the brand in Running.You will closely collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Athlete strategies to make sure we offer the best experiences to runners and to our retail partners

Your Mission

  • Drive Running Category Success:

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Athlete strategies to define and execute the Running strategy, with the goal to become the leading Running brand

  • Achieve financial targets and provide regular progress updates.

  • Franchise Leadership and Growth:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of Footwear Franchises linked to the Running category.(Franchises linked to Running: Cloudswift, Cloudrunner, Cloudsurfer, Cloudmonster, Cloudflow, Cloudboom)

  • Lead the development and execution of your franchises’ business plan to meet financial objectives, aligned with overall category goals.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration:

  • Partner with Product Management to manage the product tree, maximizing consumers reach, ensuring efficiency and sustainable product lifecycles.

  • Partner with Marketing strategy to create inspiring narratives for Running and your franchises, resonating with consumers.

  • Partner with Commercial strategy to ensure optimal product assortments for diverse consumer needs and distribution channels.

  • Collaborate with regional merchandising teams to adapt franchise personality and distribution strategies regionally.

  • Collaborate with DTC (retail and digital) to provide exceptional experiences for runners exploring your franchises.

  • Partner with Athlete Strategy or Global Partnerships to amplify brand credibility and visibility within target communities.

  • Drive franchise business performance and communicate results and action plans to key stakeholders.

  • Support the product creation calendar and go-to-market strategy by leading process excellence, ensuring the team hits deadlines and targets for sales season.

  • Ensure effective communication and attention to detail by managing all key product documents and tools for product strategy pod.

  • Represent the brand at strategic key account prelines and sell-in

  • Collaborate with Apparel and Accessories teams to craft consumer-centric, head-to-toe product stories for each channel.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with relevant running communities to enhance brand cultural relevance.
