We are recruiting an
IT / AV Assistant to join our property.
You will report to the IT Manager and Director of IT.
Main Responsibilities:
Day to Day Colleague IT Support. Second Line Guest Support. Weekend Support Colleague (if applicable)
IT Support
Daily Guest & Colleague Support
Assist with IT Routine Task List (38)
IT Issue Troubleshooting
Audio Visual
Audio Visual Dedicated Services & Support
Coordinating and executing preventive maintenance
Support IT Related for Meetings & Events
P roject Management
Cyber Security and Compliance
Security Operation Tasks Follow Up
Job Requirements:
French & English fluently, another language a plus !
Ideally minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
Preferably already in a position within a luxury hotel in Switzerland or in Europe.
Impeccable professional image combined with good ethics and values
