A spin-off of the University of Basel, our team of low-noise electronic experts works closely with the University's quantum and low-temperature research groups. We are currently seeking an Electronics Technician to join our team. As a crucial member of our production team, you will be responsible for the assembly, calibration, and testing of our precision instruments. Your expertise in electronics will be pivotal as you work with our engineering team to maintain the highest quality standards. Additionally, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently will be essential for your success in this role.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Assemble and calibrate low-noise ultra-stable electronic laboratory instruments.
Produce silver-epoxy-based cryogenic microwave filters.
Conduct calibration and testing of high-end electronic devices and document the results.
Assist in packing, shipping, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Support R&D efforts by performing measurements and data analysis.
Provide technical support to our valued customers.
Occasionally represent the company at exhibitions and customer visits.
Strengths of the candidates:
Technical background in electronics or a related field.
Previous experience as a technician or laboratory assistant is beneficial.
Proficient in verbal and written English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
