JOB DESCRIPTION
Become a part of our CRM & Loyalty Team, and as a Senior CRM & Loyalty Engineer specialized in ServiceNow, design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that meet organizational needs while aligning with best practices and industry standards. The role will serve as a technical expert, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure implementations that enhance business processes and user experiences. This role will also mentor junior developers, lead technical initiatives, and support the organization in maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform.
For this role we offer hybrid work environment with 2 days a week in the office in Geneva.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules and custom applications to meet business requirements.

Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and server-side scripting for optimal performance.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and APIs using appropriate protocols and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP).

Oversee system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning to ensure platform stability and reliability.

Maintain technical documentation, version control, and development standards.

Monitor platform usage and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability.

Provide technical leadership in designing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Develop proof-of-concept solutions and prototypes for new capabilities or enhancements.

Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the ServiceNow platform.

Ensure solutions comply with security and compliance requirements.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge-sharing and skills development.

Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow within the organization.

Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design

Be able to support on commercial proposals / pitches if required

Lead some aspect of the practice’s internal activities and initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
5+ years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Proven expertise in configuring and customizing major ServiceNow modules (ITSM and/or CSM mandatory, GRC, HRSD, AP a big plus).

Hands-on experience with scripting languages
-
Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools including (but not limited to) Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, or other methods.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, and ITIL/ITSM principles.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for relevant modules and ITIL Foundation Certification an advantage

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
