We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our dynamic team in Europe. As a Product Designer at Aktiia, you’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface design for our mobile app, working on the forefront of healthcare technology. 

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional team, from product discovery through prototyping, user testing, and final delivery. What you’ll be responsible for 

• UX/UI design for Aktiia’s mobile apps, ensuring an intuitive, user-centered experience. 

• Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups, iterating on design concepts to visualise and refine ideas. 

• Work closely with the product team to conduct competitive analysis, gather user insights, and inform strategic product decisions. 

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs into fully functional products. 

• Develop innovative interaction design solutions to enhance the usability and engagement of our app. 

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product design, integrating the latest design innovations into Aktiia’s solutions 
  

What you’ll bring 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, creativity, and strong attention to detail. 

• Expert in Figma 

• Proven experience in mobile design principles and across both iOS and Android. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to craft elegant design solutions. 

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working within a cross-functional team. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, comfortable working in an iterative, fast-paced environment. 

• A passion for creating innovative, user-centric designs that make a real difference in people’s lives. 

• Fluency in English is required. 

Bonus points 

• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry is a plus.
