For our growing Facility Management organization we are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Zürich:
Responsibilities
Provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level
Ensure effective communication and follow-up with client, suppliers, peers, building tenants and management at all times.
Stock management and order of supplies
Maintain security and safety as required by law, client and CBRE rules
Manage workspaces in collaboration with Client's WPS
Report, document and follow-up issues & non-conformances
Keep site and equipment fully operational
Supplier invoices : follow up with suppliers and solving cases
Answer client's inquiries and concerns
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
Handling Shipments & Mails
Invoicing and follow-up
Suppliers coordination
Other tasks as required by the business
