Job Description
Our LGT Fund Administrators (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. (the "Company") provides fund administration services to mainly private equity funds. The administration group has over EUR 30 billion in assets under administration. The Company has established an office in Luxembourg and is looking for a experienced Senior Accountant to join a dedicated team of ten specialists, focusing on providing a quality service to our German and international client base. You will have the chance to profit from an individual onboarding, enabling you to broaden our expertise and grow as a professional. In your role, you will be part of an international team setup allowing you to work with our colleagues across the globe. In your role you will assume a varied book of work that includes the following responsibilities:

Preparation and oversight of monthly NAV calculations;

Bookkeeping of designated funds;

Preparation and review of cash flow notices and capital account statements;

Preparation of the regulatory fund reporting (U 1.1, TPTOBS, S2.13)

Preparation of "tax d'abonnement" declarations

Preparing the annual accounts according to generally accepted accounting principles in Luxembourg;

Overseeing adherence to the accounting guidelines and relevant regulations;
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or finance or an equivalent further education
-
At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience working in the financial industry

Experience working in the fund industry, especially in the Private Equity sector and ideally at a central administrator

Demonstrated knowledge of local Luxembourg CSSF requirements and good understanding of applicable accounting regulations

Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral) are a requirement; fluent German language skills are a strong advantage

Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and a challenging mindset enable you to work diligently and take on responsibility for your own remit of work.

As a self-starter with a hands-on mentality, you have the ability to act on your own initiative and enjoy getting involved in a variety of tasks
