In this role, You Will:

Daily stock keeping and stock recording, recording in system of receipts (GR), issues, SFG, FG, dispatch invoicing, material transfer documentation for material movement to 3p. Raw material stock keeping,

General shift work required to do for warehouse operation. Periodical Stock taking.

Person should be responsible to maintain product quality and should ensure that requirements of QMS are fulfilled.

The products comply to FPS and ensures the Quality Management system is effectively deployed to reduce product complaints and ensure that Quality Indices are achieved as per target set by regional QA team and Management.

Accountabilities: List brief statements that describe what you do and how you do it (Major Actions), how much time you spend on it (Percent of Total Job); why you do it (Expected End Result); and how you can tell whether you have done it (Ways to Measure Accomplishment). Rank each statement according to importance (1 being the most important). Importance: 1, Percent of Total Job: 80%, Major Action: Stock Keeping. Receipt(GR making): Check the material received are as per the vendor invoice (qty and type). Make GR in system against the material receipt equivalent to receipt quantity. Issues and production booking: Record all issues made during day in the system. Record any return rejection from the shopfloor. The production FG/ SFG need to be recorded in the system as per actual receipt. 3p Material transfer: Documentation for 3p material transfer. Record the material transfer and return in the system Periodical stock taking. Weekly stock taking and ensuring the stocks are as per books. Monthly stock taking and monthly closing activities. Importance:2, Percent of Total Job: 20%, Major Action: Dispatch Invoicing: Arrange for vehicle loading actual loading activity. Load the vehicle as per plan and prepare invoice for the vehicle. Prepare all other document is required for dispatch and handover to the driver. Expected End Result (Why you do it?): This is main requirement of warehouse keeper/ storekeeper to record the receipts, issues and keep the stocks tallied. There should be minimum or no discrepancies in the stock accounting. Ways to Measure Accomplishment (How you can tell you have done it): Timely accounting of material, and correctly accounting of material. Efficiency and on-time delivery and constructive support to Warehouse Team Leader. Major Challenges: Describe the most difficult types of problems, or the major challenges you face in performing your job. Problem solving with new SAP system – HUL and KCC. Decision Making Authority: Describe the authority permitted to your position by indicating which decisions you are expected to make and which you are expected to recommend.

Working Relationships: List the titles of individuals, departments, and organizations with which you have the most frequent contact, and how frequently these contacts occur. This should include both internal and external contacts. Briefly describe the nature or purpose of these contacts. Also include the contacts used which provide expert advice / guidance or where joint consensus is required to make decisions. Internal: Production Engineers, Daily Issues of RM PM and production receipt, Purchase Officers: DailyPO details, any RM PM information regarding, Commercial team: Daily /as and when rqd GR handing over, closing activities, monthly stock taking etc.
