We from Swissblock Technologies AG, headquartered in Baar, are a private wealth management company specializing in cryptocurrency and cross-asset investing. Since 2018, we have been at the forefront of digital asset investments, leveraging advanced algorithmic trading and market analysis. With a team of over 50 employees and consultants across Switzerland and worldwide, we are dedicated to driving innovation in the digital asset space.

To support our growing team and the increasing complexity of our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to work alongside our Head of People & Culture.

Your Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, changes, certificates, and general correspondence.
Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing and serve as a backup when necessary.
Benefits Administration: Manage registrations and cases related to sick leave, accidents, withholding taxes, and child allowances.
HR-Finance Interface: Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure smooth alignment between HR and accounting.
Project Participation: Support ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
Event Coordination: Assist with the organization of employee events.
Office Management: Support in managing office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained. Handle the incoming and outgoing mail for the office. Support the team by managing travel and accommodation arrangements. Help maintain a comfortable and welcoming office environment, contributing to the overall office atmosphere. 

Your Profile:

  • Commercial training with further education as an HR Assistant.
  • Proven experience in personnel administration.
  • Proficient in IT systems and tools, with strong MS Office and Abacus software knowledge.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.A communicative, reliable, and discreet personality with high integrity and empathy.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of quality awareness.A flexible, resilient team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
