Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate regional research activities for all Clinical Specialties such as research fellowships, mini-grants and awards in close collaboration with the central functions.
  • Organize meetings with regional research committee including agenda, meeting minutes, and reimbursement.
  • Manage internal and external communication for relevant research projects 
  • Prepare contracts and process invoices related to research fellowships and grants
  • Manage regional research budgets in close collaboration with the regional managers
  • Ensure proper storage and archiving of regional research documents 
  • Provide operational and administrative support for all related research activities and maintain activities in the research database
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or higher Education "Fachausweis"
  • Proven record of professional experience in managing research projects, project management and/or grand management (min. 2-3 years)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Able to work independently with strong attention to details
  • Good communication skills and ability to build and maintain trusted relations with Health Care Professionals
  • Good problem solving and strong analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize task
  • English is a must, German nice to have
  • This is a temporary position until May 31, 2025
