Expanding Team


We are looking for passionate and highly skilled technology and business enthusiast and experts with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the Human Experience Management (HXM) domain and with experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud) and/or SAP ERP HCM, who want to further develop their skills as a senior consultant and a trusted advisor for one of the world’s most valuable brands.


 


In the role as a Senior Consultant, you will deliver high impact HXM services through the full customer life cycle. You will be the main customer point of contact and you will lead a group of consultants during execution of projects and engagements.

Purpose and Objectives


SAP Customer Success Services Switzerland supports our customers in their digital transformation. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem solving and knowledge transfer.


 


Expectation and Tasks


The successful candidate will become a member of the SAP Switzerland team being responsible for consulting services in domain of Human Experience Management (HXM).


Your role involves, but is not limited to, delivery of business and technology advisory services within customer engagements. You are a good problem solver, a creative and innovative thinker and an excellent team player with the ability to lead a team and to communicate effectively in an international environment. As per the business needs, which might vary, you will conduct the following tasks:


 



  • Able to further develop yourself as a Senior Consultant working closely with management and SAP consultants on projects.

  • Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects

  • Plan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customers

  • Lead and drive internal team(s)/meetings

  • Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization

  • Able to work together with a group of consultants, including Near-Shore and Off-Shore consultants on projects

  • Organize yourself in a remote working style

  • Travel to customers and SAP meetings as would be requested, most of the work is delivered remotely


 


Expected Skills



  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Having experience in different industries is a big advantage.

  • Experience with cloud solutions is mandatory and having knowledge of on-premise HCM solutions is a big advantage

  • Technology oriented possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications

  • Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people

  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn

  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems

  • Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Expectation of minimum of 5 years of experience within the HCM/HXM domain


 


Additional information



  • Location – the role is part of the Architect Service Team Switzerland

  • Language skills: German and English language fluency mandatory – one or more other languages is an advantage

  • Remote working – role can be performed hybrid way-of-working and require some travel to customers
