Your contribution to KPMG

• Undertake Level 1/2 engineering support for the ECM projects and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the team deliverables.
• Coordinate communication and information flow among the ECM team members and end users.
• Assist in conducting research, gathering data and perform analysis for product-related topics, with a focus on user delivery and satisfaction.
• Drive security and compliance by ensuring proper processes are followed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices.
• Build trustworthy relations with internal and external stakeholders as clients, product owners and external partners.

This is what makes you successful

• Previous experience in a first-level support role, with expertise in product or project assistance, is essential.
• Knowledge of IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Salesforce Service Cloud, familiarity with at least one of these is essential.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Online products and tools, especially SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure cloud is a strong plus.
• Experience in operating within multicultural environments, complemented by excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage parallel efforts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy- The ability to follow directions, work independently and having a creative and get-the-job-done attitude is vital.
• Self-motivating and self-guiding personality.
• Solid spoken and written English (German is a plus).
