THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:
  • Coordinate and deliver training programmes: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of training programmes, including sourcing top-tier external providers, customising content to meet organisational needs, and delivering impactful learning experiences. 
  • Manage administrative tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including training enrolments, further education requests, and end-to-end management of supplier contracts, procurement, and finances. Ensure accurate reporting on training outcomes and streamline administrative processes where necessary to enhance efficiency and allow for a greater focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Consult and advise People&Culture (P&C) business partners: Act as a strategic partner to P&C business partners, providing insights and recommendations on key development initiatives that drive business outcomes, and delivering expert guidance on the design and rollout of learning and development programmes.
  • Performance evaluation: Drive a robust performance evaluation framework that promotes continuous improvement and aligns individual performance with organisational objectives. Coordinate feedback mechanisms and company-wide surveys to ensure timely follow-up on identified improvement areas.
  • Stay current with industry trends: Continuously monitor and analyse industry trends to ensure the organisation's learning and development practices remain competitive and innovative. Integrate best practices and emerging trends into existing programmes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Execute initiatives that harness technology to unlock potential and expand access to talent development resources globally.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role in a global organisation·

  • Master's degree or similar higher education in related field
