• Support the product development team in the collection creation process
• Evaluate prototypes and samples including taking measurements and writing workmanship comments of the yearly collection to enhance product quality
• Oversee the management of our testing samples, coordinating with the namuk testing families and analyzing their feedback
• Collaborate on initiatives to further enhance the durability of our products across multiple projects
• Streamline overviews, workflows, and processes within the product team
• Organize, prepare, and actively participate in fitting sessions to ensure optimal product fit and comfort for our little customers
• Provide conceptual and creative support across various projects, contributing innovative ideas and solutions

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BSc or MSc program in product development or garment technician. Alternatively, professional education in tailoring or pattern-making
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail combined with efficient time management, and an independent way of working
• Being a team player, curious and communicative
• Adaptable with the ability to manage and react to change
• Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal skills 
• Knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or Clo is a plus
• A passion for sustainability and a love for the outdoors
