In your position, you support our clients across all industries on their digital transformation journey. Are you passionate about digital transformation and strategy, AI and automation? Are you eager to join our journey as a startup and grow together with our company?

Your daily work

• You specify customer requirements through workshops and interviews, define digital strategies and roadmaps
• You perform process analysis and optimisation, with a focus on end-to-end digitalisation, and support from prototype to implementation
• You evaluate the appropriate technology, help shape the technical design, implementation and architecture
• Depending on your previous experience, you take on project and work stream planning and execution. You collect data, develop deliverables and present findings to your team and clients
• Alongside your client project work, you craft proposals and support business development activities
• Your role is in our office in Wallisellen (within walking distance of the railway station). However, our clients work nationally and globally and some travel and time with the clients should be expected

Who you are

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, business information or business informatics, or industrial engineering
• You have worked in the field of consulting, strategy or digital transformation and you have gained project experience or project management skills (2 - 5 years of experience)
• You possess the ability to translate customer needs and strategic issues into technical requirements • You are a team player with excellent communication skills in German and English
