We are looking for a Mobile App Automation Engineer to join our Zurich team, this role will report to Director, R&D.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- Analysis of iOS mobile applications to understand their technical behavior, and underlying code.
- Maintain, orchestrate and improve existing systems for automated testing and analysis tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile OS releases and development tools relevant to iOS platform.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the quality and stability of the product.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall mobile app automation engineering.
This is the perfect job for someone who:
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience with iOS development, with a strong understanding of mobile operating systems, including app installation processes, file structures, and security mechanisms.
- Strong experience with Python and Bash scripting.
- Meticulous and hands-on approach to ensuring that all automated processes are reliable, accurate, and produce consistent results.
- Proficiency in reverse engineering, and analyzing mobile applications using relevant tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of static and dynamic analysis tools.
- Strong experience with Linux based systems
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience in cybersecurity or mobile security is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills to effectively convey technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
