THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
- The Front-End Platform Manager is responsible for the operation and governance of end-user visible IT platforms in scope ensuring high quality service delivery
- Managing the external IT service providers and is responsible to monitor the contract commitments.
- Act as product owners for the ServiceNow platform in FIFA
- Define, implement and own the governance for the ServiceNow Platform in alignment with FIFA Technology governance guidelines
- Act as a single point of contact for any IT platform enhancements and new functionality requests within FIFA Technology
- Execute business analyst activities during the demand phases and deliver HLD solutioning proposal
- Ensure all supplier tasks and deliverables are properly followed-up and are contract compliant
- Promote IT Platforms in scope within FIFA proactively and in close collaboration with the FIFA Technology team
- Ensure continuous information sharing on existing capabilities with the Technology BRM team· Proactively propose or present new capabilities that foster innovation and are in alignment with the FIFA Technology strategy
- Maximize the value the platform creates by reducing time-to-market of the products built on top of it or reducing development cost
- Ensure compliance with FIFA Technology IT Standards, processes and procedures

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- ServiceNow Fundamentals certification is a must
- Sound technical understanding ServiceNow platform
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience in delivering complex and full scalable ServiceNow based solutions
- Work experience with implementation and/or operations of solutions in the cloud (SaaS, Paa5 and/or laaS)
- Pragmatic and solution oriented with ability to get things done
- High level of accountability and pro-activity
- Self-motivated, open and autonomous
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Organization and coordination ability
- Very good negotiation skills
- Cooperative and consultative approach
- Robust client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly and to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- Planning, monitoring and controlling of operations release cycles standard and critical releases· Service Management and/or Project Management certifications (i.e. PMl, ITIL)
- Experience with Agile product delivery practice and methods
- Experience in delivering sporting events is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, preferably in a similar role
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in managing MSP contracts and deliverables
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ITIL Service Operations areas through experience working in operational roles
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset
- Willing to travel globally (up to 10%)
- Willing to provide on-call support on a rotation basis
