At Yololab AI, an insurtech startup, we are at the forefront of cutting-edge advancements, harnessing the power of AI-powered Automation, Vision Language Models and APIs. We are developing solutions for insurance claims management.
What You Will Do
You will be working in Zürich, where we are located, and you will be working in close alignment with the managing director
You will play a key role in shaping the insurtech, proptech and other business areas by developing a SaaS solution
You identify new potential clients
You actively manage your pipe and sourcing, working with a prospecting platform
You contact prospects via phone and systematically follow up
You interact daily with your prospects and understand their needs, motivations and challenges in order to optimize your sales process
You meet and exceed your prospecting goals
You network in person in exclusive events
Who You Are
You are comfortable with engaging people into conversation about their workflow to discover cooperation potential
You are experienced in B2B sales
You have experience with organizing webinars and events.
Business development driven personality and proactive hunting skills
Comfortable with high level discussions / approaches
Strong interest in technologies and digital trends such as AI
Go do attitude and scale up mentality is part of your mindset
Team player and focused on overachieving personal sales targets
Proficiency in MS office and CRM tools
Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
Strong written, interpersonal and presentation skills

Salary
