Job description:

  • Independent and comprehensive consulting/management of key accounts in the main markets
  • Maintenance and further development of customer relationships and responsible for the overall support of the assigned key accounts
  • Evaluation and acquisition of new customers, preparation of potential analyses in coordination with supervisor
  • Creating and implementing detailed account strategies, including account and budget planning
  • Analysis of market potentials for new products and applications
  • Managing the quotation process and leading complex contract negotiations with a strategic perspective
  • Close cooperation with internal departments (such as engineering, production in Asia) with the aim of project nomination

What we expect:

  • At least three years of experience as Key Account Manager (or similar) in the production of customized parts (in a high-volume sector)
  • Proven track record in customer/project acquisition and customer service, experience in dealing with international corporations
  • Good technical and commercial understanding as well as a sales-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
  • Competent communication at eye level with stakeholders up to C-level, in German, English, every additional language is a plus (especially French)
  • Working experience in HMI (human-machine interface) or elastomer is a plus
  • OEM/T1 supplier experience in the automotive, electronics, medical or similar high volume sectors a plus
  • Organizational talent and willingness to travel approx. 40%
