The Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing expert assistance and guidance to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders regarding a specific product or set of products within the organization.
Key Responsibility:
- Advanced Issue Resolution:
- Handle complex technical issues that require in-depth knowledge.
- Collaborate with Expert support for problem resolution.
- Mentor Junior support agents.
- Customer Escalations:
- Manage and resolve customer escalations effectively.
- Provide in-depth explanations and solutions for complex problems.
Knowledge:
- Advanced Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using advanced tools such as Jira, Zendesk, Confluence.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Product/Service Configuration:
- Ability to guide customers through advanced product configurations.
- Understanding of integration with other systems and applications.
- Problem Analysis:
- Analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.
- Root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Proven experience in technical support, with a strong technical background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Customer-centric focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
