The Grand Hotel Belvedere in Wengen is a 5*- Lifestyle hotel existing of two historical buildings, with 90 rooms and suites, 2 restaurants,2 bars and a Spa.

Your tasks

• Control of guest at the bar
• Employee scheduling, coordination and control with Mirus 3.0
• Responsibility for all operational processes of bars
• Responsibility for inventory and orders
• Professional complaint handling

Requirements

• An eye for detail
• Quality awareness and flexibil
• You are fluent in English - any other language is a plus!
• A completed apprenticeship in the hotel and catering industry and sound work experience in bar, in a 5* hotel
• Sound experience in personnel management
• Teamwork thoughts and desire to share your enthusiasm and knowledge
• A positive charisma in dealing with people
• Organized and structured way of working
• Opera , MIRUS knowledge is a plus, but not a must
