Digital Services Manager


You assume overall responsibility for the business impact of assigned products and services. You support regions in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for digital services and ensure lessons learned and feedback from the market are implemented in products and services You consolidate business needs from all stakeholders and feed them back to platform management teams You ensure alignment of assigned digital services within the global services portfolio You enable customer facing teams to deliver assigned products and services, e.g. by supporting and training the champions community globally You drive continuous development and improvement of assigned products and services with development teams You support and deliver customer presentations together with regional and global sales and services teams in an expert role
Technical education (mechanical or electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation) combined with business acumen or a degree in business engineering or similar combined with technical affinity for digital products Customer-centric mindset and the ability to think outside the box Good technical understanding of machines, processes, and services Ability to build and network collaborative relationship as well as navigate effectively within a matrix organization Very good communication skills in English and German Initiative, motivated team player with a hands on approach
