Digital Platform Manager


Feature Evaluation and Improvement: You assess and implement new features and improvements based on customer and business requirements. Platform Development: You collaborate with internal and external partners using agile methodologies. This involves business analysis, requirements engineering, feature specification, and coordinating releases. Go-to-market: You support the global roll-out of the portal, ensuring alignment with regional and business areas. Strategic Digital Initiatives: You actively participate in strategic digital projects to drive innovation. Customer Experience Design: You design and enhance the customer experience for the portal. Business and Customer Needs Consolidation: You gather and consolidate business and customer needs, integrating them into the portal roadmap. Market Feedback: You collect feedback from Bühler regions, align with the service strategy, and prioritize improvements.Continuous Improvement: You commit to the continuous enhancement of delivery for customer implementations.
University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar education Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service and/or Digital Platforms, experience in e-business is an advantage. IT knowledge (MS Office, MS Azure DevOps) Ability to sell ideas and products externally and internally. Excellent English and German communication skills (written and verbal) Willingness to travel (>10%) Excellent communication skills, capable of communicating with persons at all hierarchical levels. Enthusiastic to tackle new opportunities and build up new and innovative solutions.
