Who we are looking for:
We expect a basic commercial training and a further education in the digital environment.
Required Experiences and Skills:
- Ability to prioritize customer centric action and thinking to improve satisfaction
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Initial experience in the digitization of processes to streamline the ongoing efforts of the team
- Careful work, flexibility, ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in German and fluent in English
Additional skills:
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Familiarity in healthcare is a plus
- Experience in data analysis is an advantage
- French and Italian are an asset
