Apprenticeship as milk technologist EFZ - summer 2025

Your tasks:

• You produce high-quality dairy products such as yoghurt, cottage cheese or cream cheese
• You will learn how to process raw milk into various end products
• You monitor production processes and ensure that our high quality standards are maintained
• You carry out hygienic cleaning and maintenance work on the production facilities
• You work in a team to develop innovative products

Your profile:

• Completed secondary school A/B/C with good grades in the main subjects
• You are interested in food production and have a great affinity for cheese and dairy products
• You have a good understanding of technology and chemical processes
• You are reliable, committed and enjoy working in a team
• You are motivated to complete the three-year training to become a dairy technologist EFZ starting in 2025.
