How you’ll make an impact

• Develop gas-insulated switchgear with a focus on SF6 alternative gases and high voltage equipment

• Collaborate with internal and external partners during technology and product development

• Work on innovative product solutions that meet international standards and internal guidelines

• Summarize development results in technical reports, presentations, and design guidelines

• Participate in complex quality cases and continuous improvement activities

• Engage in international expert committees

Your background

• Electrical engineer, physicist, material engineer or related fields with professional experience more than 5 years

• Experience in high-voltage switchgear is a mandatory requirement

• Team player with a creative, independent, and solution-oriented approach

• Proficient in English; German is an advantage

• Good communication skills in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment

• Project leader skills or willingness to acquire them
