Your responsibilities

• Manages operations in the Outbound Logistics area

• Coordination interface between PM, planning, logistics and TMC

• Responsible for the continuous improvement of processes around Outbound Logistics and monitors implementation, tracks deviations and defines corrective measures

• Supports compliance with company and legal requirements for the environment, health and safety in the area of outbound logistics

• Personnel management and development by identifying, demanding and promoting employee skills

Your background

• Completed University Degree or Higher Technical School with relevant professional experience

• Networked way of thinking and flair for numbers as well as very good SAP knowledge and very good MS Office skills

• Assertive and communicative personality with high flexibility and organizational skills, who enjoys working in a team and assumes personal responsibility

• Flexible, reliable, conscientious personality

• Structured, independent, flexible and results-oriented working style

• Team player, high level of commitment and assertiveness with good negotiating skills

• Good written and spoken German and English skills
