About the job

HAYA is seeking a highly motivated IT Manager to oversee our evolution. You'll design, deploy, and manage the next generation of our IT platforms, ensuring both data science and global operations needs are met.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Architect and implement scalable IT solutions, driving operational efficiency across the company.
• Platform Visionary: Design and manage the next iteration of HAYA's IT infrastructure, encompassing user devices, cloud resources, network security, and data science tools.
• Data Guardian: Develop and implement data policies, ensuring data resilience and compliance.
• Infrastructure Mastermind: Manage general IT infrastructure, cloud subscriptions, and network connectivity globally.
• Security Champion: Oversee IT security and user authentication systems.
• Tech Whisperer: Support software development platform deployment (e.g., GitLab).
• Budget Guru: Manage and report on IT budget allocations.

We're looking for a tech leader with:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience building and managing IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms.
• Expertise in user authentication systems (Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM).
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, and company-wide software.
• Proficiency with AWS and hybrid cloud frameworks.
• Understanding of FAIR principles and data governance.
• Disaster recovery, data backup, and security expertise (CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 a plus).
• Experience with Linux server management and data science workflows (familiarity with bioinformatics a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills.
