Join our dynamic Commercial Enablement team as the Senior Lead for Commercial Education and Development. In this role you will spearhead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our global education programs.You will scale and generate engagement around continuous learning through experiences & tools. This role is pivotal in enhancing the capabilities and energizing our field sales teams, brand activation teams, account services, and retail partner associates.
Your Mission
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and maintain a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on innovative educational content and impactful learning experiences.
- Curriculum Development: Leveraging On’s approach to learning and commercial strategy, craft and refine curricula tailored to diverse audiences.-Incorporate the latest industry trends and educational techniques, deploy “train the trainer” approach for scalability
- Program Management: Oversee the "School of Sales" program, manage seasonal product briefings, and ensure all training activities are relevant, consistent, and of high quality.
- Knowledge Management: Initiate and sustain a robust knowledge management framework to foster a culture of continuous learning and information sharing, while ensuring people are confident in how to do their jobs
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small dedicated team, setting clear objectives and fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth. Influence a much broader team of cross-channel L&D leaders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts to enrich training content and delivery, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our teams.
- Community: Contribute meaningfully to the greater Global Learning & Development Community at On.
