As a Professional Conference Organizer (PCO), we organize congresses for medical societies in Switzerland and across Europe. For our office in Basel, we are looking for a customer-oriented individual to manage our reception three days a week (9:00 AM–12:00 PM / 1:00 PM–3:30 PM).
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring friendly and efficient handling and forwarding of telephone calls
- Welcoming our clients and business partners
- Processing, distributing, and dispatching daily mail and managing courier services
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in meeting rooms and kitchen, as well as organizing catering
- Managing office supply procurement
- Performing various organizational and administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (both spoken and written); French or other languages are an advantage
- Experience in a similar role within an international environment
- Strong sense of quality and service, with a high level of initiative and a "hands-on" mentality
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Interest in engaging with a dynamic and international environment
- Proficient in MS Office
