You act as the main contact person for global B2B clients (93 countries) and Curaden AG Headquarters
You handle internal and external global communication
You collaborate closely with senior and upper management, providing support with reports, presentations, etc
You organize and coordinate internal and external international meetings and events
You participate in local and international congresses and exhibitions, representing Curaden AG Headquarters
You coordinate and support several processes between different departments, related to international sales: pricing, product release and coordination, budgets, forecast, etc.
You manage global partner overviews, accesses, training, and other diverse administrative tasks
You work on projects to improve existing processes and functions within Curaden AG Headquarters
Your profile
You have a degree in business administration and/or in the hospitality industry
You speak almost perfect English and have excellent written and spoken communication skills, any additional language is a plus
You have good-advanced working skills in Microsoft office (excel, word, power point, etc)
You are highly organized, work independently and are a tidy team player
You take initiative and enjoy working in a dynamic business environment and are happy to occasionally travel abroad
You are an excellent communicator with a customer-focused, strong and dynamic personality
You like to take ownership and the lead in new projects
