A key pillar of AXA XL’s 2024-26 strategic plan is to grow our Multinational Solutions business portfolio, in line with the Navigator’s ‘Solutions that matter most’ strategic driver.
Multinational Solutions is driving client centricity and growth in collaboration with business units and global functions which includes spearheading efforts to ensure that multinational clients needs and preferences are at the forefront of business decisions, strategies, and operations. Clients of Multinational Solutions operate or have interests in multiple countries or regions. Understanding the diverse and often complex requirements of multinational clients is crucial, as it may involve considerations such as cross-border regulations, cultural differences, and varying market dynamics. Working in Multinational Solutions entails working closely with the business units and global functions to align their activities and goals with the overarching objective of enhancing client satisfaction and driving profitable business growth. Our aim is to implement initiatives to improve customer experience, developing tailored solutions, and fostering a culture of putting the client first throughout the Multinational Solutions value chain.
To drive client centricity and growth especially through transformational change we are looking for a Head of Multinational Transformation.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
· Lead the development and execution of the Multinational transformation strategy towards Multinational Excellence, globally for AXA XL.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency by starting with the client.
· Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of Multinational transformation initiatives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation efforts with business objectives.
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the impact of transformation initiatives.
· Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
· Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support for transformation efforts.
· Drive innovation and creativity in approaching organizational challenges.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in transformation and change management.
· Building a winner’s mentality and pride for AXA XL Multinational Solutions
You will report into the Head of AXA XL Multinational Solutions.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
· Proven global track record in delivering operational benefits to clients and brokers in a multinational setting.
· Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute a clear transformation strategy improving client satisfaction.
· Execution mindset: Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring transformation initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
· Change management: Proficiency in leading and managing organizational change to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
· Project Management: Experience in delivering large scale projects.
· Leadership: Proven leadership skills to inspire, guide, and motivate teams through the transformation process. Leadership and/or line management experience is desirable.
· Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders, and drive alignment.
· Analytical skills: Capability to assess complex situations, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
· Innovation: A mindset that fosters creativity and innovation to drive continuous improvement and transformational change.
· Resilience: Ability to navigate challenges and setbacks inherent in transformation efforts with a positive and adaptable approach.
· Knowledge of industry best practices: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in transformation and change management.
