Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.

 

 

You will join R&C Data Office team, working on risk and compliance controls to assist the Group with its analytics needs to facilitate monitoring and decision-making. 

Your role

 

•    Designing and implementing data sets for the Risk & Compliance community (e.g. control testing).
•    Creating and improving dashboards for the supervision of Group Risk & Compliance activities.
•    Contributing to data quality improvement by identifying inconsistencies and correcting the data sources by using analytics.
•    Developing and maintaining data lineage documentation to track the origin, transformations, and usage of data within the organization.

Your profile

 

•    Master’s degree in Data Science/Communication Systems/Computer Science, or equivalent.
•    Prior experience in a similar function (Data in R&C or banking) with proven track record of implementing and maintaining a database.
•    Proficient in python and SQL programming languages (including ETL). 
•    Proficient user of standard office IT applications (PowerPoint and Excel), as well as BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx or equivalent).
•    Keen interest in the wealth management industry, particularly in risk and control activities.
•    Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
•    The successful candidate must be resident in Switzerland.
