Are you looking to gain valuable experience in Human Resources? We are seeking a motivated and well-organized HR Services Assistant to join our HR team on an 80% internship for 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
As an HR Services Assistant Intern, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, particularly in the following areas:
- Onboarding Support:
- Assist with preparing and managing new hire paperwork and contracts.
- Organize and schedule new employee orientations and onboarding sessions.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Coordinate IT and office setup for new employees.
- Maintain up-to-date records of new hires
- Offboarding Support:
- Manage the administrative tasks for departing employees, including exit paperwork, final pay processing, and benefits termination.
- Help coordinate exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees.
- Ensure the return of company property and deactivate access to systems.
- General HR Support:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in organizing HR files and ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Education/Experience/Requirements
We are looking for:
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
- related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
