In this role, you will:

Responsible for designing and implementing security measures for OT environments, including industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems. This role involves configuring and managing security tools, monitoring OT environments for security breaches, and responding to incidents in real-time.

Security Implementation: Design and implement security measures for OT environments, including industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. Configure and manage security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM solutions. Ensure security is integrated into all phases of OT system design and implementation.

Monitoring and Incident Response: Monitor OT environments for security breaches, vulnerabilities, and unusual activities. Respond to security incidents and threats in real-time, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Develop and maintain incident response plans, including conducting regular drills and simulations.

Security Architecture and Design: Collaborate with engineering teams to design secure OT architectures. Ensure that security is integrated into the design and architecture of new OT systems and applications. Review and approve security designs and architectures for OT projects.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.

5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT environments.

Strong knowledge of OT security principles, protocols, and technologies.

Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM solutions.

Experience with OT security monitoring and incident response.
-
GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or CSSA, or equivalent is desired.
