The Role:
Citi is seeking an IAM Engineering Analyst with a strong background in Linux and Wintel technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on programming experience in one or more languages, hands-on scripting in both Windows and Linux, and experience working with networking protocol implementation, automation, and production operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop or modify IAM automation solutions
- Work on change creation and implementation
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to address issues identified by multiple scanning solutions
- Monitor production alerts and review them as needed
- Collaborate with engineering and application teams to troubleshoot production bugs
- Perform IAM connector deployments and testing
- Schedule and configure automated jobs
- Provide L2 on-call support as needed
- Collect and review end-user requirements before submitting them to the respective engineering groups
- Identify potential automation opportunities and collaborate with relevant team to implement them
- Assist Security Incident Response Teams with incident investigations and aid in technical risk assessments
- Coordinate with system development and infrastructure units to identify Information Security (IS) risks and the appropriate controls for development, day-to-day operation, and emerging technologies
- Perform regular assessments based on changes in the threat landscape
- Monitor vulnerability assessments and ethical hacks, ensuring that issues are addressed for the applications that they support
- Identify and develop new and improved technical procedures and process control manuals
- Assume informal/formal mentorship role within teams and assist with the coaching and training of new team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience with hands-on programming in one or more languages (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, Perl, Go/Golang, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application support operations
- Consistently clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Ability to work across all levels of the organization engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong client-driven approach with a dedication to quality
- Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well individually and collaborate as part of a team
- Knowledge of maintaining CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault or other vaulting solutions would be a big plus
- Experience or a strong understanding on cloud computing is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Any of the following certifications are a big plus: CyberArk Sentry, HashiCorp Vault Associate, CISSP, MCSA (Windows Server), RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Server+, SRE/DevSecOps Foundation Certification

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$96,400.00 - $144,600.00
