Technical Program Manager II
Do you want to help build intelligent features that power the Conversations Platform ? The Intelligent Applications Team is looking for a Technical Program Manager II to lead cross-functional engineering programs that power Conversation Platform features.

In this role, you will:
- Apply knowledge of the software. development lifecycle and the various agile engineering practices that can be used (e.g., in planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, acceptance testing).Track project schedule by obtaining input from working team.
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule.
- Work with business partners to balance business and technical objectives and manifest these as clear, stable priorities for the team
- Effectively manage trade-offs between cost/schedule versus business benefit
- Work with technical teams, product managers and operations during implementation to facilitate solutions to issues in order to get features released to live site and drive problem resolution once the new feature has gone live
- Clearly communicate project updates, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Understand and actively advance standard methodologies (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Continuous Delivery)
- Actively contribute to our team's culture of having fun together, embracing change, and delivering
Experience and qualifications:
- 2+ years in a technical project management role or equivalent experience
- High degree of proficiency with project management including: issue and risk identification and management, tracking dependencies and achievements, and communication of overall project status.
- Ability to creatively tackle complicated business/technology problems
- Ability to run multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and sophisticated environment
- Experience with large scale, complex, multi-tier, e-commerce applications.
- Passion for the customer experience
- Experience with the full SDLC and shipping software using Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to work with multi-functional teams to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related fields
