Description

The FIFA Museum celebrates and safeguards football heritage and culture to share the magic of the game with the entire world. With exceptional exhibitions, unique original objects, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive experiences as well as thought-provoking cultural and educational programs, the home of football history is a lively and passionate platform for fans and visitors to meet, connect and engage with each other.

To enhance our team, we are looking for a highly motivated, committed and proactive Shop Agent 80% to join us by 1 August 2024 or by arrangement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Advice and sales in the FIFA Museum Shop
  • Contact person for all questions, requests and concerns of our visitors
  • Customer care on site (accompanying disabled people to the elevator, checkroom, baby carriages, etc.)
  • Sharing responsibility for the smooth running of the store, including stock management
  • Accounting of the cash register
  • General administrative tasks (e.g. correspondence with customers)

Your profile:

  • Experience in sales
  • Completed vocational training (preferably in sales) 
  • Impeccable manners and an independent and customer-oriented way of working
  • Language skills in German and English, any other language an advantage
  • Regular weekend work during the museum's opening hours
  • Great enthusiasm for football
