About the job

Your main duties will include:

  • Product Owner for Swarovski’s used Marketing Automation tool. Constantly optimizing and improving existing technical Campaign set-up and related processes. Looking for new opportunities within the tool including further developments and maintenance.

  • Managing various consumer centric CRM end-to-end processes for technical developments, as well as CRM omnichannel processes improvements.

  • Constantly optimizing and improving existing CRM systems and related processes. Always searching for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

  • Leading global projects with significant top- and bottom-line impact as well as CRM related work packages led by other project leaders/owners.

  • Collecting, validating, and coordinating CRM stakeholder requirements on various management levels and translating them into technical development stories.

  • Collaborating closely with all other CRM departments providing an excellent level of stakeholder management in general.

  • Developing new innovative CRM solutions to constantly improve both offline & online/digital consumer experience and to boost the CRM KPI’s.

  • Supporting in strategic topics like roadmap definitions, CRM Operations strategies, etc.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree (Marketing or Information Technology or Business Administration would be an advantage).

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience, best case in a similar role in CRM Operations/CRM IT and preferably within the Luxury Retail sector.

  • Sound understanding and working experience with CRM core systems, Marketing Automation platforms (for instance SAP Marketing Cloud) and related software development tools like JIRA/Confluence is a must, experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) would be beneficial. Strong generic IT skills needed.

  • Ability to clearly translate business needs into IT requirements.

  • Good understanding of business processes and experienced in identifying consumer needs to transform them into effective CRM solutions.

  • Solid project and process management experiences. Practical knowledge in the implementation of CRM systems and/or Marketing Automation tools would be an advantage.

  • Good analytical skills, being detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Team orientation and ability to work efficiently with all levels of the organization.

  • Self-motivated with an optimistic and resilient mindset and a problem solving attitude.

  • English proficiency, paired with good presentation and communication skills
