Join our team as a Part-Time Accountant and become a part of us. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the CEO, handling various accounts and ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.

Your Job:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, establish VAT settlement, experience in payroll welcome, but not mandatory
  • Work closely with the CEO, the CEO’s assistant and the external tax adviser to analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant degree or certification in accounting or finance.
  • Fluency in German and English
