questions about salary, tax and social security related topics.
How you can make an impact
- In
close collaboration with a team member, you will be responsible for
carrying out the monthly payroll run, which includes:- You
will be responsible for settling social insurance and withholding tax
with authorities in the various cantons - You
will be responsible to control sickness, accident and EO daily allowance
payments - You
will be responsible to conduct timely controls of all payroll relevant
data including necessary corrections in SAP
- You

will carry out account regular reconciliations - You
will support in projects to continuously improve Payroll relevant
processes - You
will be involved in monthly and year-end closing processes. - You
will ensure the accuracy and quality of our payroll in close collaboration
with other teams in HR Services
Who we are looking for
- You
are a proven specialist in the areas of payroll, social security and Swiss
labour law, and have at least 3 years of professional experience in this
field, preferably in an international environment - Ideally
you possess very good SAP HCM and excellent Excel skills - You
understand the interfaces and dependencies between financial accounting
and payroll. - You
have a very good knowledge of the Swiss withholding tax system - You
are service-oriented, communicative and a team player. You think in big
picture terms and can connect the dots - You
are fluent in German and English, and any other Swiss national languages
is an advantage

internal payroll for over 2,700 employees in SAP HCM and collaborate closely
with stakeholders, namely in accounting, HR operations, international mobility,
