Your role
As a CRM Assistant in Private Banking you will support the Client Relationship Managers in their day-to-day tasks in the areas of trading, marketing, and administration. You will be a key element of the Swiss team in our Geneva office.
Your responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to CRMs and to the Desk Head in administrative and commercial activities
- Daily management of cash and corporate actions
- Execute trades in all major asset classes: FX, equities, fixed income, funds, commodities, structured products, options, HF, and PE
- Prepare and organize client meetings, as well as organize business trips for CRMs
- Support CRMs for compliance or customer-related projects, as required
- Create KYC files with CRM's support and manage the account opening and closing process
- Other administrative tasks, and ad-hoc requests
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics or completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools; Avaloq is an advantage
- Strong customer service ethics and excellent communication skills
- Hands on mentality, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Sense of responsibilities, dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility
- Fluent in English and French (other languages an asset), good communication skills
